Barbara is a Deputy Manager of business development for the Latin America and the Caribbean regions at HPC Hamburg Port Consulting. She has over 12 years of operational experience in the IT, mining, logistics and port industries in six LATAM countries.

Barbara joined HPC in 2020 as an IT strategy advisor, expanding her expertise to the European region.

She is experienced in leading operational and lean excellence projects, optimizing operations and successfully implementing and commissioning technologies for clients. She has been taken part in more than 40 projects, including digitalization strategy development, automation and business intelligence consulting. Recently, she has extended this experience to port community initiatives.
