Eduardo Lugo is the former Latin America Representative with the Port of Long Beach, California, USA. Master's Degree in Port Management and Intermodal Transportation, a Bs.C degree in Business Administration, and several executive seminars in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Ports Planning, and Maritime Transportation.

Former President & founder with the Panamanian Association of Supply Chain Management Professionals served as an advisor to the president with the Panamanian Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, a former member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Mr. Lugo publishes articles in specialized magazines; he has lectured in universities in Panama Mexico, and Spain, as well as participates as a speaker in industry conferences and is the former Dean of Logistics, Maritime and Port Faculty with the Universidad Interamericana de Panama, member of Laureatte Universities.

He has conducted studies and prepared marketing and industry information for top management officials at the Panama Canal Authority. He had active participation in developing and leading studies for the Canal expansion.

In his private practice, he has been involved in more than 80 consulting projects in Latina American and the Caribbean, the United States, and the Middle East on logistics corridors and trade flow competitiveness, transshipment and logistics analysis, ports and infrastructure feasibility studies, cargo projections, business and masters plans, PPP transactions, and strategic assessments.
