Tatiana Rabat is a Bachelor in Business Administration, Project Management Specialist and PMP®️ certified with more than 10 years of experience in the maritime and port sector. She was the first Colombian to be awarded a scholarship by IMO to attend a Port Management program exclusively for women. She was a Kizuna fellow by JICA, for the course on BCP / BCM, held at the Universidad de Valparaíso.
Currently works at Port of Cartagena and is a Professor of the Maritime and Port Administration program at Universidad de La Guajira and is the President of WISTA Colombia. She was published in Spanish by Colombian Ministry of Culture in the anthology “Urdimbres: Las mujeres del Caribe narran su territorio" (the name of the anthology in English translates: "Warps: The women of the Caribbean narrate their territory"), that seeks to recognize and exalt the lyrics of the women of the Colombian Pacific and Caribbean.
